Shifting life from limitation to liberation

I work with adult women who are ready to thrive with self-compassion and authenticity rather than burnout and masking, as well as parents who want to better understand and support their child with ADHD or ADHD traits.

My Story

I was 40 when I realized I had ADHD. My whole life, I felt like I was watching life through a window, while everyone else seemed to be on the other side. I lived in a world of ideas and visions, many of which I pursued with great vigor, some of which were accomplished, and most of which tapered off as the destination proved less rewarding than the journey.

As the novelty of each new chapter dwindled, the stability I witnessed others reveled in was the very source of my eventual executive function breakdown and restlessness. Wherever I had settled, I would sit and dream of the next big accomplishment, and this excitement got me through each day until I finally left to chase the next dream. But when I got there, it was a ticking clock until I sat to dream again of the next thing.

After a year of making my recovery a full-time job, as this became my new novel and thus motivating endeavor, followed by starting a medication, I began to taste the possibility of living functionally in the world again. I found a job as a speech-language pathologist, as I had obtained this degree as yet another novel pursuit in my life, albeit one that did seem to offer hope for a long-term interest.

That’s when I started looking for something else. What ultimately led me toward coaching for the neurodivergent community was curiosity… and exhaustion. After being repeatedly encouraged to learn more about ADHD, I finally approached it with a “why not” mindset. Within the first five minutes of reading about ADHD during training through the Gold Mind Academy, my life changed. That was me. I was reading about myself.

Adult Women

I work with adult women who are burnt out from masking, struggling to remember or motivate themselves to do everyday life tasks, and who are exhausted from emotional dysregulation.

Parents

I work with parents who want to better understand the nature of their child’s struggles, how ADHD is impacting their life, and how to better support their child while supporting themselves along the way.

Logistics
Approach
Exclusions

Our sessions are held online via Google Meet, providing a flexible and accessible space for you to connect with me from anywhere within the USA. Packages range from 3 to 8 sessions, with weekly sessions recommended for optimal progress.

I work with you in a collaborative, ADHD-affirming way. My goal is to support your brain, not against it. We focus on practical strategies and strengths-based growth to help you thrive in your unique way.

This is a coaching practice, not a therapy session. I do not provide clinical diagnosis or treatment. I don’t tell you what to do or try to 'fix' you. This is a space for liberation and self-discovery.
